For nearly a decade, Uki Technology School has done something rare: taken A/L school leavers from the Northern Province of Sri Lanka, a region where higher-education opportunities are scarce and turned them into full-stack engineers, founders, and team leads at companies across the country and abroad. Over 1,000 students have completed our programs. 90% secure internships. More than 30 alumni-led companies are now hiring the next cohort.
We believe this model works because it is grounded in three things: a tight, outcome-driven technical curriculum, a non-technical layer of business, English and personal coaching, and the discipline of running it from a physical center in the community it serves. Every part of it is trainable. Every part of it can be transferred.

Uki is an initiative by Yarl IT Hub, a non-profit. Franchising the model is not a commercial play for us, it is a way to compound the impact. We're looking for partners who share the mission.
